PROJECT TEAM consists of three persons which conduct the project “Creative Mentorhip” and which work actively and devotedly on its further development and sustainability. The team cooperates closely with ETC group, which initiated the project as well as with Advisory Board, which supports program in its development.
DRAGANA JEVTIĆ, Co-founder, Program Manager
Because of curiosity and hunger for knowledge and experience, Dragana lived, studied and worked in United States (NY State, California and Florida), France and Cyprus. After 10 years of living abroad, Dragana decided to come back to Belgrade in 2000. She holds Bachelor of Science degree, International Business option, from California State University (summa cum laude). Currently she is completing Master studies in Cultural Policy and Management at the University of Arts, Belgrade.
She worked, internationally and in Serbia, for several companies/organizations doing business development and international cooperation. After several years in the business world, she has decided to transfer to something she loves the most: the world of arts and culture.
She is very much interested in combining arts and business, getting the best of the both worlds; in project management and running of cultural projects and organizations; in international cooperation within the field of culture; and in life-long learning. Her last post was Market Manager for France and Benelux markets for Tourist Organization of Serbia. Currently she is dedicated to Creative Mentorship project as its Project Manager and is putting in it all her great energy, enthusiasm and expertise. And is enjoying it enormously!

VIŠNJA KISIĆ, Co-founder, Education and Development Manager
Višnja Kisić, holds BA in Art History, MA in Cultural Policy and Management and MP2 in Cultural Development and Project Management, and a PhD in Museum and Heritage Studies, and is active as manager, researcher and lecturer in the field of arts and heritage management, interpretation and policy.
Višnja is Secretary General of Europa Nostra in Serbia where she has initiated and managed heritage and communities’ engagement projects in SEE. She is lecturing at the Center for Museology and Heritology at the University of Belgrade and ModArt Faculty for Fashion Design and Management. Višnja has years of experience as a trainer and consultant in professional capacity building programs for arts and heritage professionals in SEE region – including Europa Nostra, Ministry of Culture of Serbia, ICOM Serbia, European Heritage Association, SEE Heritage Network, Balkan Museum Network, Regional Council for Cooperation, Cooperation and Development Network SEE, and Heritage Site Management Plans trainings. She has worked in curatorial and outreach departments at the National Museum in Belgrade, at the Peggy Guggenheim Collection, American Pavilion at Venice Bienalle, Museum of Art and Archaeology in Columbia, Missouri, and is the winner of the Cultural Policy Research Award 2013.
Višnja is dedicated to the development of Creative mentorship since its very beggining in 2011, strongly believing in sharing of knowledge and experiences across generations, sectors and cultures!

TATJANA NIKOLIĆ, Operations and Communications Manager
Tatjana Nikolić has Bachelor and Master degree in cultural and media management acquired at the Faculty of Drama Arts in Belgrade both times as the top student in class.
She has participated in Danube Summer School of Arts Management in Ulm, Germany in 2012 and various other seminars and conferences on cultural management and policy, project management, youth activism and gender equality, where she gained considerable and diverse knowledge on organization of cultural, youth and gender programs and cultural and social development.
Tatjana is a proud alumni of the program for mentoring young women by European Movement in Serbia, “Future Studies” of Belgrade Open School as well as of Konrad Adenauer Stifftung. She is a member of the Association for Development of Theater for Children and Youth ASSITEJ Serbia. From 2008 to 2012 she was contributing to the work of European Youth Parliament by being Secretary General and member of the Board of the branch in Serbia. Tatjana vice-presided Danube Youth Forum in Novi Sad in 2012 and coordinated international communication at the International Students Week in Belgrade ISWIB. Thanks to these activities she improved experience in networking and informal education.
Tatjana has been invited to speak at various events of female cultural activism, youth initiatives, civil society and cultural field. She is the leader of Femix Network for Female Creativity, preparing first Girls Rock Camp in this part of Europe and recently her research on gender relations within the alternative music scene in Serbia and the Balkan region was published by the Institute for Gender Equality of the Province of Vojvodina. Tatjana is a member of the board of the National Youth Council of Serbia where she presides the Council for equality and inclusive society.
In September 2014 she became member of the Creative Mentorship team with great pleasure, enthusiasm and pride.
